By registering for the Write Your Book With AI Workshop, the VIP Q&A Implementation Session, or any other Sell the Oil workshop or product, you agree to the terms below.

## What You're Purchasing

Workshops and sessions offered by Sell the Oil are **live, educational events** delivered via Zoom. All purchasers receive 7 days of replay access posted in our private Facebook group following the live event. Replay access is provided for your personal use only and may not be downloaded, redistributed, or shared.

VIP purchasers receive additional access to a live Q&A Implementation Session, plus lifetime replay access to both the workshop and the Q&A session, as described on the offer page at time of purchase.

## Results Are Not Guaranteed

This workshop teaches a process for writing a book using AI. It is educational in nature. We do not guarantee that any participant will finish a manuscript in a specific number of days, publish a book, or achieve any specific financial or creative outcome. Any results mentioned by Sherylynne Dix or past participants are individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed for every participant. Your results depend on your own effort, consistency, and circumstances.

This workshop does not constitute financial, legal, medical, publishing, or other professional advice.

## Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD at the time of purchase and are charged at checkout through our secure payment processor. Order bumps and add-ons (such as the VIP Q&A Implementation Session) are optional and only charged if selected at checkout.

## Refund Policy

Because this is a live, scheduled event with instant digital access to registration materials, **all sales are final.** If you are unable to attend live, you will still retain access to any replay included with your purchase.

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase (for example, a broken Zoom link or failure to receive registration confirmation), contact us at support@onepouraway.com within 48 hours of the event and we will make it right.

## Live Session Attendance & Replay

Live sessions occur at the date and time stated at checkout and in your confirmation email. Time zones are provided for convenience; the session occurs once, at the stated time. Missing a live session does not entitle you to a refund, rescheduling, or a discount.

All purchasers receive replay access posted in our private Facebook group for 7 days following each live session. VIP purchasers receive lifetime replay access to both the workshop and the Live Q&A Implementation Session.

## Communication Consent

By providing your email address and/or phone number, you consent to receive transactional messages (confirmations, reminders, Zoom links) and promotional messages (future offers) related to your registration. You may unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any email, or opt out of SMS at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message. Message and data rates may apply to SMS.

## Intellectual Property

All workshop content, slides, templates, and recordings are the original work of Sherylynne Dix and Sell the Oil. You may use what you learn to write and develop your own book. You may not resell, redistribute, teach, or repackage the workshop content itself without written permission.

## Privacy: What We Collect

When you register or purchase, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and billing information necessary to process payment. We do not store your full card details; payment is processed securely through our payment processor.

## Privacy: How We Use Your Information

We use your information to register you for the workshop, deliver your purchase and replay access, send you reminders and related communications, and share future relevant offers. **We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.** Third-party tools we use to run our business (payment processor, email and SMS platforms, funnel software) only access what's needed to perform their function and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

## Children's Privacy

Our workshops and services are intended for adults and are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

## Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued registration or purchase after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
